○KYMCO7.CYLINDER HEAD/VALVESAGILITY 125Cylinder Head CoverCAMSHAFT REMOVALRemove the center cover.Remove the four cylinder head cover boltsto remove the cylinder head cover.Remove the two nuts attaching thesecondary air inlet tube.Remove the cam chain tensioner cap screwO-ringand the O-ring.ScrewTurn the cam chain tensioner screwclockwise to tighten it.Tensioner ScrewTurn the flywheel counterclockwise so thatCamshaft Gearthe "T"mark on the flywheel aligns withthe index mark on the crankcase to bring theround hole on the camshaft gear facing upto the top dead center on the compressionstroke.Round HolePunch Marks7-3
