PetroPRO User ManualWarning:Limitation of LiabilityThe ultimate responsibility of the consequences of use of toxiccompounds rests with the user.Photovac's role is as a supplier ofinstrumentation to assist in the early detection of hazardousconditions involving such compounds.It is vitally important to ensure that the PetroPRO is maintained inaccordance with Photovac's instructions and that proper calibration isregularly performed.As with any complex device,the PetroPRO is subject to failure and,while Photovac has taken,and continues to take,all possibleprecautions to (a)reduce the possibility of failure,and (b)warn theuser in the event of failure,circumstances may occasionally occur inwhich there is a failure despite such precautions on Photovac's part.Photovac regrets that it cannot accept liability for damages of anykind caused as a result ofeither failure of the user to followinstructions or of the PetroPRO to perform.1
