LIMITED WARRANTYELEMENTS OF WARRANTY:This warranty covers all materials and craftsmanshipin this product to be free from defect for a period of one year with only thelimitations or exdusion set out below.WARRANTY DURATON:This warranty shall terminate and be of no further effectone year after the original date of purchase of the product or at the time theproduct is:a)damaged or not maintained as is reasonable or necessary,b)modified,c)repaired by someone other than the warrantor for the defect ormalfunction covered by this Warranty,d)used in a manner or purpose for whichthe instrument was not intended or contrary to the written instructions or e)iscontaminated with radioactive material.This warranty does not apply to amyproduct subject to corrosive elements,misuse,abuse,or neglect.RADIATION ALERTSTATEMENT OF REMEDY:In the event the product does not conform to thiswarranty at any time while this warranty is effective,the Warrantor will replace thedefective and return instrument to you prepaid,without charge for parts or labor.NOTE:While the product will be remedied under this warranty without charge,thiswarranty does not cover or provide for reimbursement or payment of incidental orRAP17 RAP200 RAP640consequential damages arising from the use of the inability to use this product.Theliability of the company arising out of the supplying of this instrument,or its use,whether on warranties or otherwise,shall not in amy case exceed the cost ofcorrecting defects in the instrument,and after the said one year period,all suchScintillation Probeliability shall terminate.Amy implied warranty is limited to the duration of this writtenwarranty.PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING PERFORMANCE OF WARRANTY:In the eventInstruction Manualthat the product does not conform to this warranty,please contact your localdistnibutor.NOTE:Before using this instrument,the user must determine the suitability of theproduct for his or her intended use.The user assumes all risk and liabilityconnected with such use.TECHNICAL SERVICEShould this instrument ever need servicing,please contact the address below oryour local distributor.DO NOT SEND CONTAMINATED INSTRUMENTS FOR REPAIR ORCALIBRATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.S.E.INTERNATIONAL,INC.P.O.Box 39436 Farm RoadSummertown,TN 38483-0039Tet(931)964-3561Fax(931)964-3564E-mail:seintl@seintl.com
