Installation,Operation,and Maintenance ManualVWR26000-010and26000-008TechnicalInformationUltra Pure Nitrogen Generators提425第是PRESSURE是ER PRESSURE-UPPER SERYICE PANEL语TEM CHECK1/4-FNPT IMET器TEM REAOY1/8"FNPT OUTLETVICE SYSTE沿T%5-PCLER SWITCHPOWER RECEPTAOEFront ViewRight Side ViewFigure 1-Overall DimensionsThese instructions must be thoroughly read and understood before installing andoperating this product.Failure to operate this product in accordance with the instruc-tions could present a safety hazard to the user and will void the safety certification ofthis product.Modification of the unit will result in voiding the warranty.If you haveany questions or concerns,please call the VWR Technical Services Department at800-932-5000 8AM to 5PM Eastern Time (North America only).For other locations,please contact your local representative.Please save product packaging for future use.General DescriptionThe VWR Ultra High Purity (UHP)Nitrogen Generators(see Figure 1)are completelyengineered systems which will convert compressed air into UHP-grade nitrogen.Thesystems utilize a combination of purification technologies including filtration,catalyticoxidation(26000-008 only),and pressure swing adsorption.The UHP Nitrogen Generatorsare designed to provide high purity nitrogen gas for analytical instrumentation and otherlaboratory applications.The UHP Nitrogen Generators are certified to the electrical requirements as specified by theIEC.CSA,and UL standards.These units bear both the CSA and CUL markings on theproduct label.Product supplied to EU carry the CE mark(220/230/240 VAC units only).Engineered SystemThe VWR UHP Nitrogen Generators include all the components required to convert com-pressed air into ultra high purity nitrogen.The flow schematics (see Figure 2)show all ofthe major components of the system.The system can be broken down into four primarystages:prefiltration,hydrocarbon removal (26000-008 only),oxygen/carbon dioxide/watervapor removal,and final filtration.PrefiltrationA Balston high efficiency coalescing filter has been incorporated into the design of the UHPNitrogen Generator as a prefilter to remove oil,water,and particulate contamination fromthe incoming compressed air supply.The inlet prefilter assembly is equipped with anautomatic float drain to eliminate any liquids which have accumulated within the filterhousing.Bulletin TI-N2-1100-L1466AVWR级VWR Model 26000Ultra Pure Nitrogen Generators
