TWO METERAMATEUR TRANSCEIVERWARRANTYThis Transceiver is sold under a 90 day warranty,which warrants it to be free fromdefects in material and workmanship.We agree to repatr or replace at the point ofmanufacture,without charge,all parts showing such defects,provided the unit is de-livered to us,intact for our examination,with all transportation charges prepaid to ourfactory,within 90 days from the date of sale to the original purchaser,and providedsuch examination discloses in our final judgment,that it is thus defective.Pilo lights,tubes,vihrator,fuses,and diodes shall be covered by the manufacturer's stardard EIAwarranty and such items shall be excluded from the provisions of this warranty.This warranty does not apply if the Transeeiver has been subjectod to misuse,neglect.aceidents.Incorrect wiring not our own,improper installation,or put to use in vlola-tion of instructions furnisbed by us,nor to that have been damaged by lightning,exees8current,repaired or altered outside our factory,mot to the Transceiver that has hadits serial mumber altered or removed.CHANGESThe Company reserves the right to modify or change the equlpment,in whole or in part,at any time prior to delfvery in order to include refinements deemed approprlate by theCompany,but witbout incurring any liability to modify or change any equlpment pre-viously delivered,or to supply new equipmeni in accordance withearlier specifications.MODEL HR-2AINSTRUCTIONWARNINGLL TRANSMITTER FINAL ADJUSTMENTS ARE SEALED AT THEMANUALACTORY.IF ANY OF THESE SEALS ARE BROKEN,THE WAR-ANTY ON ALL POWER SEMICONDUCTORS IS VOIDED.
