:卡cenc4WARRANTYSIX METERThis Transceiver is sold under a 90 day warranty,which warrants it to be free fromdefects in material and workmanship.We agree to repair or replace at the point ofAMATEUR TRANSCEIVERmanufucture,without charge,all parts showing such defects,prowided the unit is de"livered to us,intact for our examination,with all transportation charges prepaid to ourfactory,within 90 days from the date of sale to the original purchaser,ard providedsuch examination disclses in our final judgment,that it is thus defective.Pilo lights,tuhes,vibrator,fuses,and diodes shall be covered by the manufacturer's storard EIAwarranty and such items shall be excluded from the provislons of this warranty,This warranty dovs not apaly if the Transeeiver has been suhjectud to misuse,negloct,celdents,incorrect wiring not our own,improper installation,or put to use in violation of instructions furnished by us,nor to that have been damaged by lightning,excesscurront,repuired or altered outside our factory,not to the Transceiver that has hadit serial number altered or remaved.CHANGESThe Company reserves the right to modify or change the equipment,in whole or in part,at any time prior to delivery in order to include refinements deemed appropriate by theCompany,but without incurring any liability to modify or change any equlpment pre-viously delivered,or to supply pew equipment in accordance withearlier specinications.MODEL HR-6WARNINGALL TRANSMITTER FINAL ADJUSTMENTS ARE SEALED AT THEINSTRUCTIONFACTORY.IF ANY OF THESE SEALS ARE BROKEN,THE WAR-RANTY ON ALL POWER SEMICONDUCTORS IS VOIDED.MANUAL1S10-400PRINTED IN U.S.A.
