principles and Application of Microcontroller SyllabusCourse Title:principles and Application of MicrocontrollerMajor of The Students:Electronic Information Science and TechnologyCourse Credit:3Total Contact Hours:48hoursContact information of the instructor:17731593162;wanli_83@163.comPre-Requisite:The leading courses of this course are digital logic design and at least one high-levellanguage programming(C is preferred).Knowledge of digital design will greatly facilitate the learningof the 8051.Knowledge of assembly language programming may help but is not required.Course Description:principles and Application of Microcontroller is a professional course for undergraduatesmajoring in Electronic Information Science and Technology.Microcontroller is a versatile embeddedmicrocontroller widely used in various intelligent measurement and control systems.The teachingpurpose of this course is to enable students to proficiently use microcontrollers (this course mainlyinvolves AT89S5X series microcontrollers)to form a simple application system after completing thiscourse.The main content involves the hardware structure of the microcontroller,C51 programming,microcontroller interrupts,the use of timers/counters,microcontroller and peripheral interface designand other content.This course belongs to the field of technical physics,and the main purpose of settingup this course is to enable students to master the hardware composition,instruction system,andapplication characteristics of the AT89S5X series microcontroller through the study of this course.Understand the hardware connection method and software development method between themicrocontroller and other interface ICs.Understand the analysis and design method of a closed-loopautomatic control system using the AT89S5X series microcontroller as the CPU.Through the study ofthis course,students'ability to analyze and solve practical problems is improved.This course will helpstudents to lay a solid foundation for future learning,innovation,and scientific research work.Course Learning Outcomes1.LO1 At the end of the lesson,students will be able to understand the working process ofmicrocontrollers,read existing microcontroller development circuits,and read microcontrollerdevelopment programs to understand the functional functions of the programs.2.LO2:At the end of the lesson,students will be able to implement microcontroller programs in Caccording to the task specification and user requirements.Ability to modify errors in existingprograms.
