中国检验认证集团加拿大有限公司CCIC Canada Inc.ISO9712NDT认证人员行为准则Code of Conduct for ISO 9712 Certified NDT Personnel取得中国检验认证集团加拿大公司（以下简称“CCC")依据SO9712认证的无损检测人员或申请认证的人员，必须充分理解诚信和和专业技能是从事无损检测工作最基本的原则。因此，获得申请或获得NDT认证的人员必须遵守The certified non-destructive testing personnel or applicants for certification in accordance with ISO9712 by China Certification Inspection Corporation Canada Inc.(hereinafter referred to as "CCIC")mustfully understand that integrity and professional skills are the fundamental principles of non-destructivetesting.Therefore,the applicant or certified NDT personnel must:1.遵守本行为准则、CCCS09712认证方案和相关的认证要求；Obey this code of conduct,ISO 9712 Certification Scheme and other related certificationrequirements of CCIC.2.保持高度正直、诚实、技能和熟练程度进行无损检测：maintain high levels of integrity,honesty,skill and proficiency in the conducting of NDT:3.只能从事其能力范围内的无损检测工作，能力根据培训、资质和工作经历来确定：undertake only those non-destructive testing assignments for which they are competent by virtue oftheir training,qualification and experienoe;4.只签署具有个人专业知识和/或直接监督控制的工作文件：only sign documents for work of which they have personal professional knowledge and/or directsupervisory control;5.对检测工作认真负责，与同事，客户和相关方以公平、公正的方式从事业务活动，并恪守保密原则：Perform the testing in a responsible manner and utilize fair and equitable business practices in dealingwith colleagues,clients and associates,and abide by the principle of confidentiality.6.严格实施所有NDT,并抵制认为可能影响检测完整性、诚实性、质量或结果的外部压力。任何此类不当压力应向雇主和CCIC报告；perform all NDTs to the best of the ability at all times and to resist any outside pressures that theyconsider may have the potential to affect the integrity,honesty,quality or outcome of any testingperformed.Any such undue pressures should be reported to the employer and CCIC;7.聘用或建议聘用所需的专家，以使任务能够正确完成：engage,or advise the engagement of,such specialists as are required to enable assignments to beproperly completed;8.始终了解并遵守其工作所适用的法规、准则和标准要求他们正在工作at all times,be aware of and uphold the requirements of regulations,codes and standards under whichthey are working;9.履行专业职责时应适当关注自然环境和公众的健康、安全和利益。perform their professional duties with proper regard for the physical environment and the safety.health and well-being of the public10.如有违反行为准则和标准的情况发生，必须立即告知监理或雇主。如果监理或雇主没有给出满意的解释或者没有采取任何纠正行动，获认证人员应直接告知CCC:report immediately to their supervisor or employer any perceived violation(s)of codes,regulations orstandards.In the event that their supervisor or employer provides no satisfactory explanation or takesCCIC-CA-WI(P)-001-01-2022 Revision 001/3
