超深管线的探测与方位标定技术及其应用林守江梁杏照天津市嘉信技术工程公司天津300384摘要:地面电磁法定位金属管线是一项成熟技术。随者定向穿越施工方法的普及,穿越区超深管线越来越多,深度大且密集。应用地面电磁法探测时需要足够强的信号电流,还因为土壤环境的影响有较大的测量偏差。探井电磁法能够有效降低对待测管线上信号强度要求,提高测量精度。但在旁侧钻探对目标管线的安全带来较大风险,同时探井测量还有施工效率低、探测成本高的问趣。在穿越管段的高精度测量施工中,能通过少量探井的W测量结果提高L探测结果的精度,高效低成本地完成超深管线的定位及测深工作。关键词:超深管线:探井电磁法:地面电磁法:埋深测量The Technologies and Application of detection forburied pipelines in Crossing areaLin shoujiang,Liang xingzhaoTianjin Genius Technology and Engineering corporations.Tianjin,300384,ChinaAbstract:The electromagnetic detection to locate buried pipelines is a mature technology.With construction approachof directional drilling,there are more and more ultra-deep pipelines in a crossing area.When above groundelectromagnetic method is used for detection,a stronger signal is required,and there are bigger result deviations due todifferent soil Characteristics.The exploration well electromagnetic detection can effectively reduce the signalrequirements and improve accuracy.However,drilling on a side of pipeline brings risks to pipeline.At the same time,exploratory well drilling also has low construction efficiency and high project cost.In high-precision location in acrosspipe sections,the accuracy of UPL detection results can be improved by UPM measurement results ofa less number ofexploratory wells,and detection and depth measure of ultra-deep pipelines can be camied out efficiently and effectively.Keywords:Ultra-deep pipe,Exploration well EM detection,Surface EM detection,Depth measurement1引言对普通埋设的金属管线实施地面电磁法定位是常规做法,技术和设备也非常成熟。常规的电磁定位和定深测量方法,在6米的埋深范围内精度一般能够满足工程的需要,且具有测量方法简单,设备价格便宜,施工成本低等优点。随着定向钻的普及应用,穿越法铺设的管道越来越多,穿越区内并行管道的数量在不新增加,管道之间的距离也在不断减小。应用常规的地面电磁法,由于探测信号的衰减以及接收机信号拾取能力的局限,对管道埋深的测量很难达到工程上的精度需求。探井磁梯度法是测量超深管道的有效方法之一,但当穿越区多条管线并行时,由于无法分辨不同的铁磁体而难于实施有效的探测。此外,由于穿越电缆的主体是非铁磁性金属,磁梯度法无法实施有效的探测。结合电磁感应原理和穿越超深管线探测需求实际,为勘察及测绘单位提供精度够用、方便快捷、成本可控的检测技术手段,天津嘉信公司基于多年埋地管道探测仪器开发以及探测施工的经验,开发出了基于地面电磁法的超深管道定位系统UPL(Ultra--deep pipeline locator),以及基于探井电磁法的超深管道测量系统UPM(Ultra-deep pipeline Measure system)。UPL采用卫星1
